This website is operated by Wearspeak Brands LLC, a California limited liability company, doing business as Frontier Rogue (“Frontier Rogue”). Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Wearspeak Brands LLC (DBA Frontier Rogue). By accessing our website and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our site. 

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. The most current version will always be posted on this page with the effective date noted above. 

 

2. Products & Fulfillment 

Frontier Rogue offers apparel and lifestyle products that are produced and fulfilled through third-party manufacturing and fulfillment partners. Some products are made to order, while others are fulfilled by external suppliers. Because of this: 

  • Production times may vary 
  • Items from the same order may ship separately 
  • Availability may change without notice 

 

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify offerings at any time without notice. 

 

3. Pricing & Payments 

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Payment is due at the time of purchase and is processed securely through third-party payment processors. Frontier Rogue does not store full payment details. 

 

4. Shipping 

Shipping times shown at checkout are estimates only. Production and fulfillment times occur before shipping begins. Frontier Rogue is not responsible for delays caused by: 

  • Carriers 
  • Customs or international processing 
  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer 
  • Events beyond our control 

 

Once an order has shipped, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier. We recommend retaining your tracking information. 

 

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges 

Due to the made-to-order and third-party fulfillment nature of many of our products, all sales are final unless an item arrives defective or incorrect. We will gladly replace or refund items that: 

  • Arrive damaged 
  • Are misprinted or defective 
  • Are not what was ordered 

 

Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence sent to cowboy@frontierrogue.com. 

 

We do not accept returns or exchanges for: 

  • Buyer’s remorse 
  • Incorrect sizing selected by the customer 
  • Preference changes after purchase 

 

6. Intellectual Property 

All content on this website — including designs, text, images, graphics, and logos — is the property of Wearspeak Brands LLC (DBA Frontier Rogue) and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be reproduced, copied, distributed, or used in any form without our prior written permission. 

 

7. Prohibited Use 

You may not use this site or its content: 

  • For any unlawful purpose 
  • To infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others 
  • To transmit harmful code, malware, or spam 
  • To harass, abuse, or exploit others

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wearspeak Brands LLC (DBA Frontier Rogue) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of this website or any products purchased through it, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. 

 

10. Dispute Resolution 

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the website, you agree to first contact us at cowboy@frontierrogue.com and attempt to resolve the matter informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may pursue resolution through binding arbitration or small claims court in the State of California, at their election. 

You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Wearspeak Brands LLC (DBA Frontier Rogue). 

 

11. Governing Law 

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California. 

 

12. Changes to These Terms 

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the website after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
